• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
• Fleet Management Software Expertise in using fleet management software and telematics systems.
• Budget Management Strong capabilities in managing operational budgets and reducing costs.
• Regulatory Knowledge Knowledge of local and national regulations pertaining to fleet operations.
• Leadership Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving high performance.
• Analytical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with team and stakeholders.
• Certificate in Fleet Management
• Health and Safety Certification
• English (Fluent)
