Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our fleet management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of fleet management processes, and a passion for improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing strategies to optimize fleet performance while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning of fleet operations to meet the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to integrate fleet management software.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and compliance.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform fleet purchasing decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting fleet management.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Foster a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet team.
  • Evaluate and report on fleet operation performance against KPIs.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and financial planning for fleet expenditures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of management experience in fleet operations
