Job Responsibilities
  • Lead community workshops to address local issues and develop solutions.
  • Oversee outreach programs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Create marketing materials to promote community engagement activities.
  • Develop partnerships with local health and social service providers.
  • Organise focus groups to gather input on community needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions for volunteers and staff.
  • Track progress and report on the impact of outreach efforts.
  • Engage with residents to strengthen community ties and foster collaboration.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Project Management Strong skills in planning and executing projects effectively.
  • Data Analysis Ability to analyse community data to inform outreach strategies.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for community engagement.
  • Empathy Strong ability to understand and relate to community needs.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media: Proficiency in using social media and online platforms to promote community initiatives.
  • Previous volunteer management experience: Experience in coordinating and guiding volunteer efforts.
