Job Description

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will lead initiatives that foster community engagement and support local programs. Your role will involve building relationships with community members, local businesses, and organisations to identify needs and collaborate on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead community workshops to address local issues and develop solutions.
• Oversee outreach programs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Create marketing materials to promote community engagement activities.
• Develop partnerships with local health and social service providers.
• Organise focus groups to gather input on community needs.
• Facilitate training sessions for volunteers and staff.
• Track progress and report on the impact of outreach efforts.
• Engage with residents to strengthen community ties and foster collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Engagement or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Community Development are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
