Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Logistics Solutions Ltd., you’ll play a vital role in coordinating daily warehouse activities. Your leadership will ensure that all operations run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate responsibilities effectively.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met and maintained.
• Manage inventory control processes including stock checks and order fulfilment.
• Train and develop warehouse employees to ensure productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet operational goals.
• Implement and monitor procedures to increase efficiency.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervision

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Systems
• Forklift Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
