Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about developing and implementing HR policies and programs. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in HR management and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee employee engagement surveys.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee retention.
  • Manage payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Provide guidance on employee disciplinary processes.
  • Monitor and enhance workplace safety and health policies.
  • Drive organizational change efforts and manage transitions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for recruitment services.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee records and documentation.
  • Evaluate and improve the HR department's processes and systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant HR certifications are preferable
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic HR roles
