Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about developing and implementing HR policies and programs. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in HR management and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee employee engagement surveys.
Develop initiatives to enhance employee retention.
Manage payroll and HRIS systems.
Provide guidance on employee disciplinary processes.
Monitor and enhance workplace safety and health policies.
Drive organizational change efforts and manage transitions.
Collaborate with external agencies for recruitment services.
Ensure accuracy of employee records and documentation.
Evaluate and improve the HR department's processes and systems.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Relevant HR certifications are preferable
Experience
7+ years of experience in strategic HR roles
