Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR strategies and operations in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to address workforce challenges.
  • Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and strategies.
  • Advise on organizational development and change management.
  • Support employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and company values.
  • Guide managers in performance assessment and employee development.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

  • Maintain a strong awareness of industry best practices and legislation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD accreditation preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or relevant roles
