Job Description

As a Cash Register Servicer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of cash registers in various retail settings. Your responsibilities will include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing excellent support for store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate cash registers in designated retail stores.
• Conduct routine inspections and servicing of cash registers.
• Offer remote assistance for troubleshooting cash register problems.
• Document all service and maintenance tasks accurately.
• Assist in training store staff on new technologies and cash register software.
• Provide guidance on best practices for cash handling.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work outside regular hours for emergency service requests as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electronics or related field

Experience

• A minimum of two years in technical repair services, preferably in a retail environment.
