Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our lively team in Liverpool. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and demonstrate the ability to foster a positive work environment. You will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5-7 years in HR management or similar roles
